A uniform dress code exists. Students are responsible for purchasing and maintaining their uniforms.
Proof of immunization will be required before beginning the program. The documentation form also requires
certification from the student's physician that the prospective student is "...free from health
impairment which is of potential risk to the patient or which might interfere with the performance of
his/her duties, including the habituation or addiction to depressants, stimulants, narcotics, alcohol or
other drugs or substances which may alter the individual's behavior."
It is strongly recommended that the student be enrolled in a health insurance program. Students
requiring the use of hospital facilities will be held financially responsible.

Texts are purchased in the first year and used through the two years of the Program.
Occasionally additional texts are required or recommended. The student purchases texts
at a cost of approximately $700.00.
