Compete entire Application Procedure which includes:

• Complete application
• Graduate of accredited high school or equivalent GED
• PSB-Health Occupations Aptitude Examination
• Personal Interview by invitation
• Mathematics quiz at time of interview

1. Overall high school average of 75% or GED of 300.
2. High School biology and algebra with an average of 75% or above. GED scores in mathematics and science of 55 and above. High School science and mathematics background is strongly recommended or satisfactory completion of introductory college courses in science and algebra.
3. PSM-Health Occupations Aptitude Examination scores of 40% or above in each category.
4. Experience in caring for the sick is a plus.
